He has played a key role on the PMO of a $1.4 billion complexes IT business re-engineering project. He has a track record of successfully taking control of faltering projects, boosting staff morale, managing expectations and winning customer confidence. He is an effective leader who can proactively manage risk and change, excite the organization, infuse new ideas and deliver solid business results. Working for companies ranging from $6 million to $50 Million in revenue, with employee levels from 30 to 250, Brad has demonstrated ability to assist business owners in growing revenue, reducing costs, hiring the right employees for the right positions, and driving collaboration across the organization.
Managing cashflow, getting the most out of employees, communicating challenging financial information, and taking long-term strategy to daily operations are some of Brad's strengths. He also has a background in helping financially strained companies right the ship.

Brad holds an MBA from Anderson University and graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Management, specializing in operations and manufacturing. He has a background in the construction industry, with tons of insight with companies competing in a service industry. Prior to his executive level experiences, Brad was a financial advisor for 8 years where he worked for a couple of large firms in Indianapolis. His team focused on working with business owners, helping them to capitalize on their business to prepare for retirement and maximize savings opportunities.
