Sanjay is an expert in IT governance, process improvement, Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Agile system development life cycle methodologies with over 19 years of experience in the industry. He has played a key role on the PMO of a $1.4 billion complexes IT business re-engineering project. He has a track record of successfully taking control of faltering projects, boosting staff morale, managing expectations and winning customer confidence. He is an effective leader who can proactively manage risk and change, excite the organization, infuse new ideas and deliver solid business results. He is recognized for ability to partner with business leaders and technical teams to lead complex projects and leverage broad business background, technical knowledge and analytical proficiency to help organizations achieve strategic objectives and articulate a vision for the future.

Bruce has over 37 years of executive management and consulting experience and has served at the executive level at a Fortune 500 company and for one of the world’s largest systems integration consulting firms. He is an accomplished management consultant in Strategic IT Planning, New Technology Introduction, Large Scale Project Management and Organizational Change Management. He has been responsible for leading and directing all aspects of IT and consulting organizations including company and departmental startups. He has also been responsible for the technical vision and overall management for a software company including direct sales, marketing, customer service, quality and delivery.

He has a broad range of industry experience including discrete and process manufacturing, airlines, life sciences, retail, distribution, utilities, construction, state and local government. His government experience includes strategic management consulting and project management services to numerous agencies for the State of Indiana and for the City/County government of Indianapolis.

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. He has significant additional education including:

  • Executive training on Japanese Culture at Valparaiso, University.
